Associate Corporate Counsel

Associate Corporate Counsel Responsibilities: Assist General Counsel on a wide range of legal matters and assignments. Establish and maintain relationships with all departments and outside counsel to provide high-quality service. Coordinate with internal departments to provide guidance regarding a wide range of legal issues. Draft, review and/or negotiate a wide variety of agreements for various internal departments, for example, confidentiality agreements, photo and film production agreements, consultant agreements, construction and development agreements, marketing agreements. Maintain internal standard operating procedures and trackers for legal department to ensure consistency and monitor status of various corporate matters. Create and maintain approved template agreements. Supervise Paralegal on document review, execution, distribution, and retention. Manage special projects assigned by the General Counsel and Executive team. Serve as a resource, advocate, and catalyst for sustainability at .

Qualifications: College Degree or relevant office administration program certification preferred. Law Degree from accredited U.S. law school. Member in good standing of the New York Bar. Should have 5+ years of experience with transactional NYC real estate law at a law firm, in-house, or a combination thereof. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize. Highly organized and process-driven. The ability to work well independently and in a team setting.
