Associate General Counsel, Employment Law Duties: Responsible for strategy and execution of global labor and employment for the company. Provide in-house legal counsel on matters involving all stages of the employee life cycle, including hiring and talent acquisition, background checks, onboarding, employee relations, wage and hour laws, compensation and benefits, accommodations and leaves of absence, discipline and performance management, terminations, restructurings and reductions in force, offboarding and restrictive covenants. Draft and support application of global and country-specific employment policies. Draft and regularly update employment-related agreements. Conduct diligence and provide employment law counsel for global mergers and acquisitions. Provide guidance and support with respect to global labor organizations and works councils. Manage and support all internal investigations related to employment issues and concerns. Manage global employment litigation and agency matters, including EEOC matters and OFCCP audits. Support and collaborate with cross-functional teams to further strategic initiatives, including the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team and the COVID task force. Provide strategic, high quality and business-savvy labor and employment-related legal counsel to the Company s global Human Resources professionals and global leadership. Drive compliance with relevant laws and regulations, provide advice on legal risk related to employee-issues aligned with the company's business goals, and support the company's culture of workplace fairness and equity.

Qualifications: J.D. and licensed to practice in the U.S. and 8+ years of employment law experience. In-house experience desired. Experience or strong interest in global employment law matters. Demonstrated growth mindset. Strong communication skills. Effective leadership and collaboration skills. Ability to prioritize efficiently and multi-task.
