Immigration Attorney The candidate will draft and prepare immigration applications/petitions and legal documents. Draft and prepare forms, support letters, and other documents accurately according to information received from clients and based on case type. Review documentation and finalize the petitions and applications. Partner with colleagues to resolve employees immigration issues. Assess eligibility of corporate foreign national employees for non-immigrant and immigrant visa status in the United States. Provide input in attorney-related policies and procedures. Should have 5 years of experience practicing in the U.S. U.S. JD or LL.M and must be licensed to practice law in the United States. Ability to maintain performance level in a fast-paced, agile environment with shifting priority levels and deadlines. Ability to function as part of a team. Manage caseload with a large degree of independence. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in RFE response, PERM, H-1B and intracompany transfers.
