Senior Corporate Counsel Responsibilities: Lead the legal transaction function at Concentric with a dynamic team of lawyers. Enable our biosecurity business to thrive by partnering with our business and management teams on complex systems integration contracts. Assist internal business teams with operational guidance as dictated by contractual obligations. Help train internal clients on contracting and compliance policies, procedures and systems as required. Integrate functional best practices and efficiencies while reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, service agreements, collaboration agreements, consulting agreements, material transfer agreements, acquisitions and other contracts. Stay updated on new laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting the biosecurity business.

Qualifications: BA/BS degree. JD and admission to any state bar in the U.S. Should have 6 years of experience in a transactions role at a law firm; additional in-house experience preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with technology and SAAS agreements, healthcare fraud and abuse laws, FDA labeling and promotional matters, antitrust, and data protection laws is preferred. Experience using a contract lifecycle management system is preferred. Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly and multi-task various matters.
