Senior Counsel I, Compliance Responsibilities: Assist with legal, regulatory and compliance reviews of new and existing products and services and contemplated acquisition targets. Support compliance activities related to services and products offered by Cintas in its First Aid and Safety, Fire, Cleanroom, Healthcare, and Facility Services segments; developing processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and Cintas's policies and procedures. Analyze products, policies and initiatives to provide practical legal risk mitigation strategies for products across multiple jurisdictions. Support the Company's interactions with state and federal regulatory agencies and provide day-to-day legal advice to a variety of business units within the company. Support and provide sound legal advice and guidance to internal clients on a range of matters and projects impacting privacy and data security; as necessary, collaborate with stakeholders and internal subject matter experts to develop, maintain and implement provisions and agreements focused on privacy and cybersecurity requirements. Assists in the advice and development of strategic legal positions relating to ESG efforts (No prior experience with ESG needed). Work cross-functionally with attorneys from other legal teams such as privacy, regulatory, commercial, and litigation. Assist with the annual risk insurance renewal process. Assist in responding to regulatory examinations and inquiries. Conduct legal/regulatory research. Perform all other duties as assigned, including carrying out responsibilities, performing duties, using skills and working in conditions necessary to perform all assigned tasks.

Qualifications: Juris Doctorate Degree. Admitted to a State Bar. Should have 3+ years of full-time responsible, relevant legal experience. Experience advising on regulatory matters relating to Food & Drug Administration Oversight (including 21 CFR Part 820) and/or the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) or a willingness to learn both. Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and intranet/internet.
