Environmental Sustainability and Real Estate Attorney Duties: Act as a legal contact for the Company's sustainability, supply chain, environmental services, airport affairs, corporate communications, corporate strategy, and other departments on all matters related to environmental sustainability and environmental regulatory compliance. Review, negotiate, and draft a wide range of airport agreements and commercial contracts, including sustainable aviation fuel agreements, vendor agreements, professional services agreements (e.g. master service agreements and statements of work), lease agreements, and non-disclosure agreements. Assist with the review of marketing materials and corporate travel offerings related to carbon offset programs, emissions reporting, and other environmental sustainability programs and initiatives. Coordinate legal review of the Company's environmental sustainability disclosures, including citizenship reports, press releases, and investor presentation materials. Interpret and render legal advice with respect to EPA and related federal, state and local environmental laws, regulations, standards, and guidelines relating to the Company's operations (e.g., Clean Air Act, National Environmental Policy Act, Airport Noise and Capacity Act, etc.). Interpret and provide advice with respect to environmental compliance requirements contained in airport leases and other commercial agreements. Collaborate with legal department colleagues on a variety of legal, regulatory and policy issues. Monitor and stay abreast of applicable legislation, regulations, case law, government activities, emissions standards, and reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD). Provide legal support and advice to support compliance with the Company's corporate policies. Strategically manage outside counsel and budgets. Efficiently and effectively prioritize and manage concurrent projects with competing Company demands. Perform other duties requiring legal research and analysis and/or negotiations as may be requested. May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders.

Qualifications: Law Degree from an accredited school. Must be a current member in good standing of at least one State Bar association. Should have 4 years of experience with a mid-sized to a major law firm and/or in-house legal department as a practicing attorney with a focus on environmental matters. Experience with laws, regulations, and programs related to climate change, emissions, and carbon offsets/environmental credits. Experience with the various reporting frameworks and standards (e.g., SASB, TCFD, etc.) is a plus. Experience as an attorney drafting and negotiating airport agreements and/or other real estate documents is a plus. Strong PC skills with knowledge of word processing applications. Ability to use a computer keyboard with sufficient speed to meet the demands of the job.
