Corporate Counsel The candidate will support the Sales and Marketing legal team. Will work directly with a wide array of teams across the company, such as final, global expansion, infrastructure, product and trade compliance, privacy, security, and internal business partners to offer hands-on support for the customers. Also review and advise on standard terms and conditions and policies, and develop and deliver trainings and business facing resources to enable the business to scale and seamlessly support the customers. Provide ongoing product and program counseling support for the Frontier operations team to enable the deployment, expansion and utilization of Frontier products globally for customers. Structure, draft and negotiate agreements, including hardware development, procurement, software licensing, SaaS, services, and other bespoke deals. Support and directly advise business partners on legal, commercial, operational and other risks. Develop, advise on and implement with the business vendor engagement, contract and negotiation strategies. Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and resolve commercial, operational, compliance, security, safety, legal and customer/vendor issues to sustain and enable new business models, including the global expansion of Frontier products worldwide. The candidate should have a J.D. degree and membership in one State Bar or equivalent. Must have 5+ years of legal experience. Should preferably have 8+ years of legal experience with several years at a law firm or in-house experience. Transactional, drafting, negotiations, hardware development or manufacturing and technology-related operations counseling experience required. Experience supporting technology procurement, manufacturing, hardware/services operations teams is preferred. Should ideally be familiar with cloud technology or IT infrastructure. In-house experience at a technology company is an asset.
