Corporate Counsel, Labor And Employment Law Duties: Provide legal advice to Human Resources and cross-functional partners on FLSA, ADA, Title VII, FMLA, leave laws, and other local, state, and federal laws. Assist with litigation matters, including discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour, and other employment-related claims. Provide advice on updates to legislative and regulatory updates. Advise the team on recruiting, hiring, performance management, accommodations, leaves, and separations.

Qualifications: Juris Doctorate Degree from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials. License to practice law in at least one state. 3-5 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department or a combination of the two, with a significant concentration in employment-related matters. Excels in a collaborative, team-based work environment across various departments. Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a proven track record of successful prioritization.
