Senior Corporate Counsel - Intellectual Property /Trademarks Duties: Be part of a Team that provides day-to-day legal advice, builds, protects, and maintains intellectual property assets, drafts a variety of transaction-related documents and manages resolution of legal disputes and risks related to intellectual property. Serve as a trusted advisor to the marketing, procurement and engineering organizations related to intellectual property protection, authorized use, and risk mitigation. Support business negotiations and draft associated agreements for complex intellectual property issues. Effectively and efficiently work with other in-house subject matter experts, legal teams, outside legal counsel to advise leadership and solve problems.

Qualifications: A U.S. law degree and admission to at least one State Bar are required. Should have 7+ years as an in-house, top law firm, or government attorney with relevant intellectual property experience, including trademark clearance, prosecution, and dispute resolution. Experience working on IP issues related to marketing, indirect sales, supply chain, and/or other non-legal contract management organizations preferable with a top-level brand in a technical space. Experience handling a high volume or high complexity of work with the ability to prioritize, work efficiently, meet demanding deadlines, and balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong analytical, drafting, negotiation, and research skills. Ability to operate independently and effectively in a dynamic environment. Ability to collaborate and team-up with other legal and business professionals in a complex organization with a focus on delivering results.
