Senior Corporate Counsel - Employment Duties: Provide counseling to HR and other internal clients to identify and manage labor and employment legal risks. Act as a subject matter expert for specialty area(s) including discrimination, ADA, FMLA, pay equity, wrongful termination, retaliation, and internal employment investigations. Engage and work with outside counsel to manage employment litigation and administrative proceedings. Develop and review written HR policies, guidelines and processes, templates, and training materials. Develop and deliver legal training for HR and other internal clients. Provide employment law advice regarding and directing internal investigations. Advise and help clients understand employment law related compliance issues. Counsel and advise business clients on a wide variety of complex and developing employment-related legal and business issues.

Qualifications: Should have 8+ years, of experience as an employment attorney, with relevant in-house and/or top law firm experience; 8+ years, of experience handling employment litigation, is preferred. Significant experience handling contingent workforce issues, OFCCP audits, and/or pay equity analyses. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to operate independently and effectively in a dynamic environment. Strong prioritization skills, and execution and results orientation with a client focus. Ability to work efficiently, meet demanding deadlines, and balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced and agile environment.
