Attorney (Labor and Employment) The candidate will advise on applicable labor and employment laws and provide significant support on human resource issues. These issues will include immigration matters, employee privacy and HIPAA matters, and contracts related to employee benefits. Develop and update HR policies and guidelines and support relevant employee training. Should have a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials. Should have 7+ years of experience practicing labor and employment law. Admission to Bar in New York is preferred.
