Corporate Attorney Responsibilities: Preparing legal documents and policies. Negotiating and drafting agreements with vendors and other third parties. Designing the company's policies and position on legal matters. Protecting the company against legal risks and violations. Examining the legal issues related to new products and services. Advising management on regulatory compliance. Preparing and filing government reports. Drafting legal documents. Reviewing new business relationships with third parties. Administering training workshops. Product liability compliance. Employment matters. Real estate matters and negotiation. Representing the company before administrative or judicial courts.

Qualifications: JD. Licensed to practice law in Utah. Should have 2-12 years of relevant experience. Proven law firm experience. Proven background in corporate law. Franchising, employment, intellectual property, food, and product liability law experience a plus. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Highly analytical with strong attention to detail. Outstanding negotiation skills. Computer skills (Mac).
