Corporate Counsel, Pricing and Access The candidate will be assisting in the structuring of Firms contractual relationships with specialty pharmacy providers in master services agreements (MSAs) and statements of work (SOWs). Will lead review and response in continuing negotiations with specialty pharmacies on all MSAs and on specific account SOWs. Reviewing proposed customer engagement programs to support appropriate specialty pharmaceutical therapy adherence with attention to fair market value assessment, anti-kickback statute compliance, and safe harbor exceptions. Drafting statements of work to capture specific core and supplemental services in specialty pharmacy arrangements. Acting as lead counsel for managing contracting and engagement with the Drug Safety Unit for Customer Engagement Program implementation to support appropriate reporting of adverse events by specialty pharmacy personnel who are performing services for and on behalf of Firms. Legal lead for SUNSHINE and SUPPORT Act reporting responsibilities including review and execution of annual report and attestation submission, coordination with internal and external counsel on legal interpretation, development of Firms policy, industry benchmarking, and developing enforcement landscape. Draft and negotiate contracts with third-party vendors responsible for implementing Firms free drug and reimbursement support programs. Advise internal teams regarding design and operation of reimbursement support programs, considering fraud and abuse laws, state law considerations, and other legal framework impacting pharmaceutical manufacturers. Analyzing and drafting discount and rebate agreements. Understand the strategic and tactical objectives of the commercial, medical, development, and community/patient engagement teams and develop creative and thoughtful solutions to key initiatives, taking into account current legal and regulatory landscapes, Firms policies and procedures and the current and future needs of Firms; Work constructively and collaboratively with other members of Firms Legal Division, legal staff, business colleagues and compliance professionals. Demonstrate strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills as well as a sound judgment with a high level of professionalism and minimal supervision. Must possess leadership skills and be detail-oriented, a quick learner, and able to work effectively in a highly matrixed organization.

The candidate should have a strong academic background, Bachelor ?s Degree, and Juris Doctorate or equivalent law degree. Must have 7+ years of legal and/or compliance in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, including experience in regulatory law and commercial/medical-related matters. Must have strong Leadership Skills and the ability to support Team Leaders within the organization. Demonstrated ability to grasp statutory and regulatory concepts quickly, proactively identify and analyze potential legal issues, and provide thoughtful and creative business-focused legal advice and solutions is required. A thorough understanding of regulatory and legal frameworks governing the sales and marketing of approved medicines and the regulatory framework for investigational medication is needed. Must have a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities, including the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes, and create business impact.
