Senior Labor and Employment Counsel (Hybrid) Responsibilities: Manage outside counsel in litigation matters. Oversee investigations and review investigative reports. Counsel human resources and labor relations personnel on all aspects of labor and employment law. Draft and revise employment policies and procedures. Advise regarding CBA interpretation and negotiations. Support various company initiatives and programs.

Qualifications: Superior academic credentials, including JD (Juris Doctor) and Bachelor's degree. Be a member in good standing of the California Bar. Should have 7+ years of the relevant law firm or in-house experience working on complex Labor & Employment Law matters. Must demonstrate excellent legal analysis, strategic thinking, writing, and communication skills. Fluency in spoken and written English.
