Lead Counsel I, Government Response Team Duties: Identifying, prioritizing, and managing risk to the company by driving the strategy for a response, including engaging, directing, and supervising outside counsel and contractors as it relates to any inquiry or subpoena from Federal, State, or local agencies. Providing legal advice to the company by providing an informed understanding the client's legal rights, obligations, and risks to allow the client to make informed decisions. Collaborating with key stakeholders on significant risk; seeking authority and obtaining informed consent to proceed with legal matters. Leveraging technology to streamline processes, communication, and workflows.

Qualifications: Law degree from an accredited law school. License to practice law in at least one state. 6 years of experience in law. 2 years of experience leading cross-functional teams. Government enforcement experience. Substantial, diverse legal experience (ex. Combination of in-house, government, leading law firm, etc.). Significant experience managing False Claims Act matters. Proven success as a federal or state prosecutor managing criminal and/or civil litigation.
