Sr Corporate Counsel

Senior Corporate Counsel The candidate will lead and support all kinds of M&A activities globally (including PMI activities, M&A-related disputes, and other post-M&A legal issues). Support management and governance of group/invested companies. Collaborate with the global legal team to develop and implement best practices in the areas of Corporate and M&A activities. Assist with special projects at all levels. A J.D. or LL.M. degree and license in at least one U.S. state bar (preferably California or New York). Should have 3+ years of experience in Corporate and M&A fields at a top law firm. Ability to lead and support various kinds of cross-border M&A transactions by efficiently collaborating and coordinating with business and other internal/external stakeholders. Keen attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and excellent organizational skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. Good judgment with an understanding of when to ask for guidance or input, and how to spot and solve issues. Cooperative attitude and an affinity for working with others to get the job done. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
