Counsel, Privacy (Business Entities & Messaging) The candidate will maintain subject matter expertise in privacy and data protection requirements, including US state and federal laws, the GDPR, and other global privacy laws. Work with Product Counsel to evaluate the impact of privacy laws, regulatory guidance and other privacy developments on's commercial products. Drive high-impact projects working cross-functionally with stakeholders in Legal, Policy, Product and other teams. Should have a J.D. degree (or foreign equivalent) and membership in at least one US state bar. Should have 3+ years of legal experience, including at a law firm and/or in-house experience. Experience in one of the following areas: Litigation, regulatory, privacy, or product counseling is needed. Experience with global privacy legal requirements relating to social media, digital advertising, or other technologies is preferred. Experience with managing legal risk across multiple jurisdictions are needed. Experience of advancing simultaneous projects in a multi-stakeholder environment is required. Experience of collaborating at all levels of the business including executive and C-suite is needed.
