Corporate Counsel, Labor & Employment The candidate will be working with key partners to advise on programs and policies for leave and accommodation, and providing practical advice and counseling regarding general labor and employment issues such as those relating to wage and hour, time and attendance, discrimination, disability accommodation, hiring, performance management and discharge, wrongful termination, and other relevant labor and employment issues. Responsibilities also include managing litigation, including class action litigation, government agency investigations, proactive training, and administrative charges as well as the assessment, selection, and supervision of outside counsel. A significant portion of work for this position will be advising a central HR team that administers leave of absence and accommodation for Firms' U.S. business operations. Will work closely with internal clients in HR as well as colleagues on the firm legal team and will require the ability to travel on an as-needed basis and work extended hours when necessary.

The candidate should have a J.D. degree and membership in good standing in one state Bar. Must have 5+ years of legal practice experience. Experience with leave of absence and disability accommodation laws is required. A mix of law firm and in-house experience is preferred.
