Political And Anticorruption Compliance Counsel

Political and Anticorruption Compliance Counsel The candidate will provide legal advice on political compliance and anti-corruption matters to clients throughout the company, including the Firm's government affairs teams. Will design and improve compliance processes relating to lobbying, campaign contributions, and government ethics. Conduct assessments of corruption-related risks relating to Firms, their customers, and their suppliers. Support investigative matters relating to areas of responsibility. Develop and deliver live and online training and communications in areas of responsibility. Assist in the development of data and analytics to allow improved monitoring and mitigation of risks relating to areas of responsibility. Partner with relevant groups, including a line of business legal compliance teams, line of business risk management and compliance teams, Enterprise Risk Management, and Internal Audit.

The candidate should have a JD degree and 6+ years of relevant experience. Must have Bar membership in good standing, and needed licenses. Experience working with or in corporate compliance programs is required. Experience relating to anticorruption and/or political compliance is needed. Must have experience driving projects to completion. Executive presence and the ability to effectively manage key stakeholder relationships and influence senior leaders is a plus. Experience counseling business executives. Is preferred.
