Armis is looking for a Commercial & Corporate Counsel/Manager to join their A-team. This is a unique opportunity that offers a start-up culture, enterprise level benefits and security, and top pay for the industry. Armis gives companies of every size complete asset visibility, contextual intelligence, and continuous security. The selected individual will be reporting directly to Armis General Counsel and will play a key role as part of their global commercial legal team. They will manage the intake and prioritization process for the flow of commercial transactions, develop and own the contract management processes, and work cross functionally to help drive contract review, redlines, signature and tracking. They will also assist with CLM implementation and management, review and draft various agreements based on playbooks and best practices, help create commercial contracts playbooks based on best practice, create legal trainings for compliance with policies and processes, and manage special projects. The ideal candidate should have 7+ years of work experience in a relevant role, experience in, and ability to learn new legal commercial environments typical to high growth tech-driven companies, substantial experience and comfort level with G-suite as well as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, experience with commercial contracts and corporate compliance administration, familiarity and awareness of the SaaS industry, and experience handling confidential information. They should also have excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, ability to create and maintain databases and spreadsheet files, attention to detail, excellent time management, and organizational skills, and the ability to work in a rapidly changing environment. The salary range for this position is $127,500-172,500 and does not include other forms of compensation or benefits.
