Our client, one of the nation’s fastest-growing REIT, is seeking a Leasing Attorney with a minimum of 5 years of commercial leasing experience. Will draft, review, revise, structure and negotiate commercial leasing agreements representing landlords/tenants of prestigious Class A multi-tenant commercial real estate properties throughout the country. Requirements: A minimum of 5 years experience with a prominent law firm, specializing in commercial leasing transactions. Must be very detailed oriented, and be able to work on simultaneous projects. Excellent academic credentials required. Must be barred in California (preference will be given to applicants from the Los Angeles area). Company provides an outstanding compensation package commensurate with law firm salaries.
