Charlotte MI Retirement and Investment Services Senior Business Development Representative
The candidate will identify prospective customers in the local market as well as in assigned regional industry markets. Will initiate contact with prospective clients, prepare and deliver presentations, follow-up with prospects, coordinate administrative and investment conversion team, and close sale of the prospective account. In addition to calling on new prospects, will also call on existing customers to identify additional business opportunities and customer needs.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree with emphasis in business administration, finance, economics. Advanced degree like MBA/J.D. is preferred. Should be a CEBS or CFP. Must have 15+ years of combined training and related job experience. Should have background in finance, business, financial planning, investments, legal principals, employee benefits, tax and corporate structure. Must have ability to comprehend basic financial statements, good knowledge of investments, understanding of fiduciary principals. Should have knowledge of ERISA, and ability to comprehend regulatory documents.
