Columbus OH Attorney at Law Litigation The candidate provides support in identifying, preventing and resolving litigation and discovery issues that arise in all aspects of the Company s business activities. Assists in the investigation of and responses to litigation, potential disputes and government agency inquiries. Performs thorough analysis on legal issues and maintains corporate records and acts as a point of contact for Company departments and routinely interfaces with business associates. Manage litigation and other disputes that involve the Company and/or its interests. Direct and/or assist with the Company s response to discovery issues, including issues and processes related to electronic discovery. Interact with the various business units to provide counseling and advice related to potential and active litigation and other threats to the Company. Prepare, implement and monitor internal processes related to litigation and discovery.

The candidate should have a Bachelor s degree and law degree from ABA accredited law school. Should have 2 years of experience. Also 3-5 years of experience preferred. Knowledge and understanding of the processes, rules and issues related to litigation, arbitration, mediation and other forms of disputes essential. Knowledge and understanding of state and federal laws and rules related to discovery, including electronic discovery desired.
