Dayton OH Trust Officer III Duties: Will be responsible for the coordination and administration of Personal Trust, Agencies and Investment Management accounts. Also, may have supervisory responsibility over a Trust Officer I or similar staff. Engages in new sales activities. Engage in deep market development activities and serve as a representative of Wealth Management in the market. Files and maintains account and client information. Ensures all compliance and regulatory requirements are followed and all proper documentation is retained. Interviews and meets with existing clients on a regular basis to continuously evaluate their needs and to deliver high quality service. Answers general inquiries from clients regarding statements, tax returns, asset allocation and investment returns. Coordinates trust services for clients with the other professional advisors of clients. Coordinates the administration of personal trusts with other areas of Wealth Management. Prepares and reviews financial performance results, and prepares reports, as needed. Manage other Trust Officers and other personnel as may be assigned.

Requirements: A Bachelor''s degree from a four-year college or university. A J.D. degree is strongly preferred. 7-10 years of experience in trusts and estates and trust administration. Additional Cannon or other related trust and estates training required. Proficiency in Word and Excel. Strong customer service skills.
