Leading Bank seeks Fund Link Products Lawyer with 4-6 years of experience from a major law firm or bank. The candidate will be executing FLP transactions from drafting to negotiating, finalizing a large volume of transaction documents, evaluating and structuring potential trades from a legal perspective, managing outside counsel and coordinating with internal and external clients, trading, credit risk management and new transactions group to ensure that all transactions are done properly and efficiently, developing and managing appropriate policies, procedures and processes based on the risk assessment to ensure compliance with all applicable AML laws and regulations as well as CS policies. Must possess a J.D. degree. Experience with fund linked financing and/or credit/secured transactions.
