Trust Administration Representative II The candidate will work within the Charitable Group of Centralized Institutional Investments Client Services Team. Will be providing customer service to a portfolio of Charitable account clients over the phone from inception to termination from company. Facilitate the resolution of routine and non-routine trust customer requests by collaborating on a regular basis to determine customer needs, analyze customer requests, assemble necessary information, disseminate requests to the appropriate internal staff or external vendors, follow up on and expedite the completion of requests, confirm implementation of requests and inform customers of completion.

The candidate should have Bachelor's degree. Masters, J.D. degree, CFP, or CPA preferred. Should have 3-5 years of experience working in a decision making trust administration role. Experience with not-for-profit accounts and personal trusts is preferred. Must have previous experience in client service and legal principals. Excellent writing and communication skills with assertive questioning skills are needed. Must also have the ability to comprehend legal and federal regulatory documents. Experience working in a fast paced team oriented team work environment is required.
