Counsel II - Personal Trust Attorney Duties: Will provide legal support to investment and fiduciary services lines of business in the areas of personal trust administration and investment, probate and general fiduciary law. Other responsibilities include problem resolution, fiduciary litigation management, performing legal research, participating in inquiries/investigations, reviewing policies and procedures and monitoring legal developments. Will be asked to develop legal skills in those areas as they relate to the activities of the fiduciary accounts.

Basic Qualification Requirements: Juris Doctorate degree. State Bar membership is required. The candidate should have 2 years of experience as a practicing attorney. Experience in matters and issues involving elder law and special needs trusts is preferred. Demonstrated ability to provide research, counsel and guidance on routine legal questions or inquiries. Ability to analyze legal issues in substantitive law in area of practice, provide effective advice to clients on routine legal matters. Strong verbal and written communications skills; interpersonal skills; excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
