Contracts Analyst II Duties: Will be responsible for screening transactions for special legal or regulatory risks, as well as drafting, reviewing, redlining and negotiating a wide range of moderate and low risk service provider contracts. Will be involved with a significant amount of multi-tasking.

Qualification Requirements: A J.D. degree, paralegal and/or 2 years of experience in contracts drafting and negotiations. Knowledge of legal and regulatory issues pertaining to financial institutions. Strong analytical and communication skills. Strong attention to detail is needed. Demonstrated ability to work well with all levels of an organization. Proven ability to effectively negotiate various types of agreements. Must be able to work well under pressure and meet numerous deadlines. Should be able to prioritize effectively, make independent decisions with little supervision, and interact well with internal clients, staff and vendors. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in reviewing and drafting technology related agreements. Prior experience working in a law firm or with litigation matters highly desired. Prior experience in banking and finance. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Access, Excel or similar software.
