Fiduciary Administrative Officer Duties: Responsible for coordinating and managing trust processes, administering ILIT trusts/advisory relationships, as well as coordinating trust tax returns, audit and reporting functions, risk and compliance functions and managing Fiduciary Administrators. Managing Trust Acceptance Process. Managing Trust Termination Process. Maintaining ILIT accounts. Coordinating Fiduciary Tax. Returns/Estimated Tax Payments. Managing Audit Functions. Managing Staff

Qualifications: College degree or commensurate experience required in a Fiduciary Field; CTFA or JD a strong plus. 5+ years' experience in Trust Administration. Strong knowledge of Trust Code, Fiduciary Compliance and Tax Issues. Previous management experience a plus.
