Compliance Officer - Corporate Compliance Group (RCM) The candidate will support Program Governance team in the build-out and maintenance of the inventory of regulatory requirements and associated control controls pertaining to banks Global Functions (Operations and Technology, Risk, and Finance). Supports the Regulatory Control Matrix (RCM) Program, an enterprise-wide program managed by Global Compliance, which is comprised of a repository of key regulatory requirements and related controls. Assist in the creation and ongoing maintenance of a global, up-to-date inventory of key regulatory requirements applicable to banks Global Functions, as well as the control activities and the associated methods of assessment in place to monitor compliance. Coordinate with stakeholders in Compliance, banks businesses and Global Functions to identify and document key regulatory requirements, rules, controls and assessments. Develop a thorough understanding of global work processes to ensure the CCGs Regulatory Control Matrix (RCM) Program is in line with banks Global RCM Program Standards and regulator expectations. Manage and control projects to ensure they remain aligned with strategic Compliance and business initiatives through execution of the project. Practice established project management protocols including the development of project plans/timelines, facilitation of project meetings. Drive adherence to program processes, procedures, methods, and standards to ensure Regulatory Requirements are met. Support other programs for the CCG, including the CCGs responsibilities with respect to the Compliance Annual Risk Assessment and the Managers Control Assessment. The candidate should have Bachelors Degree, with preference for those holding a Juris Doctorate. Should have 5+ years of related experience. Should have experience working in a large, dynamic and cross functional organization. Control/compliance/risk/finance experience is needed. Must have proficient use of Microsoft Office tools (with the particular focus into Excel) and including SharePoint. Should be Creative, process oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task. Must have Strong research skills including experience with web based research tools. Must have ability to work effectively within a complex, matrixed organization. Should have ability to understand issues at both strategic and operational levels and problem solve.
