Senior CT Watchlist Analyst DUTIES: Serves as a Senior Counterterrorism Watchlisting Activities Analyst, specific duties and responsibilities include, Researching, exploiting, organizing, prioritizing, producing and disseminating intelligence information to support the DCTC watch listing mission. Perform intelligence analysis of DoD datasets resulting in the identification and subsequent nomination of known or suspected terrorists into the national Terrorist Watch listing system. Nominations shall include specific DoD recommendations for inclusion on no-fly, selectee, or other national terrorist watch lists as appropriate. Systematically and deliberately review DoD datasets addressed as likely to contain identifying information for known or suspected terrorists. Identify, prioritize, and record information from datasets related to known or suspected terrorists as specified by the government. Crosscheck the identified information against other available intelligence holdings to ensure completeness of information and to avoid duplicating data entries. Facilitate collaboration and outreach with partner USIC organizations through existing relationships to advance research and analytical objectives to achieve Program goals. Deliver oral presentations that convey facts, hypotheses, assessments, and estimates to a variety of DoD and USIC stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college in the Social Sciences, preferably International Studies, Political Science, National Security Studies, or another relevant field. 8+ years of experience in All-Source and/or Counterterrorism (CT) analysis, which may be a combination of private sector, civil service, or military. A Master's Degree, Juris Doctor, or similarly relevant advanced degree. 3 years of experience in watch listing and 1 year in a leadership position. Demonstrated evidence of excellent oral and written communication skills. Proven performance delivering high-quality products under occasionally significant pressure to meet tight deadlines. Extensive knowledge of DoD analytic tradecraft, standards, methodology and tools to include Palantir and CTKB. Strong understanding of SIGINT, GEOINT, and HUMINT platforms and systems, as well as the effective fusion of these reporting streams to rapidly derive relevant conclusions. Demonstrate direct and current knowledge of the Counterterrorism mission, structure, and key intelligence programs of the USIC. Understand all aspects of the intelligence cycle and demonstrate core analytical competencies to include critical thinking skills and strong collaboration skills. Foreign language (written and spoken) proficiency, especially in Arabic, Farsi, Pashtu, Dari, or other Middle Eastern or South Asian languages. Special expertise, such as area or country specialization, cultural expertise, or emerging science and technology research is desired. SOCOM, DCTC, CTC or NCTC experience. Experience as an instructor and in certifying an analytic course.
