Institutional Business Development Officer II The candidate will be joining a team of seasoned investment professionals managing the retirement and investment services, utilizing sophisticated market strategies and top quality research. Will be responsible for identifying prospective customers in the local market as well as in assigned regional industry markets. Initiate contact with prospective clients, prepare and deliver presentations, follow-up with prospects, coordinate administrative and investment conversion team, and close sale of the prospective account. Call on existing customers to identify additional business opportunities and customer needs.

The candidate should preferably have Bachelor's degree with emphasis in Business Administration, Finance, Economics with advanced degree (MBA / J.D.). Must have 5+ years of sales/new business development experience. Series 7 and 66 Licenses are required. Background in finance, business, financial planning, investments, legal principals, employee benefits, tax and corporate structure needed. Knowledge of ERISA, and ability to comprehend regulatory documents essential. Experience working with non-profit, public finance and Taft-Hartley client base a plus.
