Litigation Solutions Account Executive Duties: Will focus on new business growth/upsell as opposed to retention/account management. Will command a deep understanding of customer's challenges, market opportunities and the company's litigation portfolio. Use expertise, tenacity, and relationships to develop a sufficient pipeline and close ratios to meet/exceed targets. Will be responsible for achieving and exceeding new business quotas for the company's litigation portfolio of products including CaseMap, Concordance, Law Pre-discovery, Sanction and Hosting within defined territory. Responsible for developing, managing and executing against a territory plan to drive adoption of our litigation portfolio as well as prospecting and securing new business. Addresses performance gaps with a plan. Adapts plans to maximize success. Work closely with extended sales teams to drive new business and uses resources to enhance performance. Develop strong relationships with key decision makers in targeted accounts (i.e. Litigation Department Chair, Practice Area Department Heads, Litigation Support Manager, Practice Support Managers, Corp Legal and Compliance Depts) and leverages said relationships to achieve business objectives. Take initiative to generates leads through consistent cold calling, has ability to qualify leads/listens to customer, probes customers for relevant information critical to moving the deal forward/teaches important insights to customers, meaningfully demonstrates products to customers, negotiates and closes litigation contracts. Utilize and reinforce all required processes, tools and systems including Total Source. Forecast performance accurately.

Qualification Requirements: A BA or BS degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience. J.D. degree is desirable. 5+ years of new business sales experience with complex solutions or litigation experience. Track record of uncovering opportunities and taking them to close. Proven ability to sell new business. Solid understanding of litigation lifecycle. Ability to speak intelligently with customers about case strategy, core litigation tasks, and challenges customers face in litigation. Proven ability to successfully negotiate enterprise-wide contracts. Excellent communication and presentation skills with demonstrated ability to interact with C level executives and key decision makers. May require local or overnight travel. Demonstrated ability to teach customers insights that lead them to our solutions. Ability to work cooperatively within a team and across the organization matrix to achieve group and organizational business objectives. Ability to prospect and build new opportunities and relationships. Demonstrated ability to drive deals to close including overcoming obstacles to improve business results and performance levels to increase LN footprint in customer organizations. Must possess strong presentation skills and can effectively communicate the value of our litigation portfolio telephonically. Strong business acumen to have command and control over business portfolio.
