CIB Operations- Documentation Project Manager- Associate Duties: Reports to DMO Remediations Program Manager. Consults with Commercial Bank, product management, legal, risk and compliance units to define project problems, task plans and processes. Assists DMO Remediations Program Manager with communication and understanding of options and risks.. Creates project plans and resource plans to execute Global Legal and Compliance Remediation documentation remediation projects. Drives creation of Processes and Procedures for Re-Indexing Documentation and Missing Documentation process including project tracking procedures, Quality Assurance processes and reporting.. Co-ordinates efforts of Documentation Management Research Analysts to execute projects. Serves as liaison between the Documentation Management and Commercial Bank (CB) Project Leads, CB Service, CB Product Management, Legal and Risk resources. Facilitates issue resolution in resolving issues during the project. Will have administrative responsibilities. Will have project management and reporting responsibilities. Will provide mentoring to DMO Research Analysts(RA). Is responsible for the managing deliverables and tasks of the team for projects. Is responsible for project / resource estimating RA activities, gathering input from RA resources. Manages the communication and tracking of risks to delivering projects on time.

Qualifications: Associate / Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; Law Degree preferred. Legal and Financial Services Industry background or Treasury Services background a strong plus. Experience with MS Excel including the use of Pivot Tables and V-Lookups. Works independently. Ability to multi-task. Excellent communication skills - both oral and written. Leadership and coaching skills. Interpersonal and team skills. Analytical and organizational skills. Project management capabilities, including use of MS Project. Ability to recognize problems and suggest solutions. Ability to collect and organize information and research. Ability to work in groups and cross-functional teams. Ability to grasp business concepts quickly and to present complex information in a clear and concise fashion. Ability to work with a sense of urgency and attention to detail. A high degree of professionalism. Business processes and procedures. MS Project software. Business applications and workflow, including use of Visio.
