Alliances Counsel Manager Duties: Draft and negotiate the sourcing and procurement agreements within the Strategic Sourcing team scope from time to time; enable training and development and maximum use of LGSC based resource that support the T&EP Team; assist the other members of the T&EP Team on cross-team projects to support transactions, procurement, offerings or growth platform projects; and assist, guide and train the other members of the T&EP Team as necessary for enhancing the capabilities and knowledge of those other members on relevant business and legal knowledge relating to offerings and growth platforms. Lead, train, supervise and develop the LGSC based personnel that support the TE&P Team so as to effect the business model for the Strategic Sourcing team based on maximum flow down and use of LGSC resources, including: Proactive knowledge transfer and training of such LGSC personnel; Establishing and maintaining effective business relationships with the LGSC personnel so as to benefit their engagement and reduce rates of attrition; Driving and expanding the range of work and capabilities and skillsets that can be performed or provided by the LGSC personnel. Draft and negotiate the sourcing and procurement agreements within the Strategic Sourcing team scope from time to time, including: Master Subcontract Agreement, EULAs, Cloud Services Master Agreements, Field Services Agreement, Equipment Leasing Agreement, NDA, Supplier Professional Services Agreement, Hosting Agreements, SaaS Agreements, Master Software Licensing Agreement, Test and Evaluation Agreements, Amendments, Termination Letters, SOWs, etc. Develop and coordinate with other members of the TE&P Team the development and deployment of: shared knowledge around the Technology Ecosystems and Platforms business; tools, templates, guidance, etc., for alliances/resale generally; and contract repository being implemented by the TE&P Team; Assist in the management of the legal budget and spend for the TE&P Team; Assist in deal shaping through both business and legal acumen; Coordinate escalation of issues to Legal leadership; Contribute to educate LPs and OG and Growth Platform constituent groups on significant legal issues, and to help establish negotiating and deal shaping practices. Reports to the lead member of the Strategic Sourcing team.

Qualifications: J.D. Degree or equivalent Law Degree (based on geography) required. 3+ years of post-qualifying experience including complex and procurement transactional experience. Preferred: Significant experience of developing, training and managing LGSC based resource. General management of other legal professionals. Must have solid experience in complex and procurement transactions; Strong writing and negotiation skills and fluent in English. Good business acumen, knowledge of business strategy (or similar business strategy at another company if experienced hire); Good judgment, an ability to prioritize and make decisions, and spot risks before they materialize; ability to work with and manage resources remotely. Strong time management, prioritization and organizational skills; Good executive presence and the ability to work effectively with the senior business leaders at Accenture, partners from law firms; Strong relationship development and maintenance skills, ability to operate with senior business people (both within and outside Accenture) with credibility and authority; Strong leadership and management skills including proven ability to develop, train and manage diverse resources (including offshore/LGSC or equivalent resources) to drive a successful outcome.
