Massachusetts - Senior - International Tax

Boston MA Senior - International Tax The candidate will be advising U.S. and foreign multinational companies on the tax implications of their international operations as well as coordinating U.S. tax laws with foreign tax laws to develop an optimal worldwide tax strategy. Will also be responsible for supervising assignments by Tax Consultants. Should have a Bachelor's in Accounting, Master's in Taxation, Masters in Accounting, or J.D./LL.M. degree with undergraduation in business related field. CPA is preferred. San Francisco CA Tax Manager The candidate's responsibilities will include a full array of tax services in the areas of individual, partnership, corporate, trusts, estates and not-for-profit organizations and consulting to high net worth entrepreneurs, businesses and family groups. Will manage day-to-day client relationships and maintain positive client satisfaction. Seeks opportunities to be creative and innovative in serving clients.
