Corporate Counsel - Enterprise Responsibilities : Will provide Legal support to other departments within the company. Will be part of a team of attorneys whose primary responsibility is to review and negotiate all business transactions on behalf of company, and to manage other Legal issues common to a large, International organization. Draft, review and negotiate various business and Commercial agreements including supply and Distribution agreements, agency agreements, non-disclosure agreements and license agreements. Provide Legal advice to the company on business transactions. Assist in monitoring, maintaining and implementing various corporate governance practices and policies. Handle Legal Claims and/or lawsuits involving the company. Requirements : A Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school. Membership in good standing of at least one State Bar, preferably California. 5+ years of Legal experience with an emphasis on the review and negotiation of contracts and other business transactions. Experience in the telecom Industry- Enterprise is beneficial. Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to convey positions in a clear, concise, professional, and effective manner appropriate to the audience and circumstances. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to handle projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.
