Part-time Associate Corporate Counsel Duties: Will work for 20-25 hours per week). Assist and advise Management with a broad range of issues in the areas of contracts, Contract disputes, collections, employment matters and litigation Management. The successful candidate must be able to work with wide range of business partners and respond in a time constrained environment with succinct Legal and practical advice. Assist and advise Management with a broad range of operational issues, including General business law and contractual matters, disputes with clients, as well as Contract employees and corporate employees relating to non-competes. Manage outside counsel on Contract litigation. Oversee and direct collection matters, including managing outside counsel on litigation. Partner with senior counsel to provide Legal support for Management in connection with employment related Legal matters. Perform other duties as requested or required. Possess company's core competencies. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and Juris Doctorate degree. Admitted to California Bar, 3-5 years of experience in corporate Legal department or law firm. Litigation experience is preferred. Must be adaptable and skilled at working with wide range of communication and leadership styles. Must be comfortable working in fast paced environment and performing "triage" on variety of issues in order to prioritize. Ability and willingness to consistently adhere to company's mission statement, business code of conduct and all company policies and Customer Service standards.
