Corporate Counsel Responsibilities : Will support the day-to-day Legal and business needs. Will be working closely with the Management team. Will be responsible for Drafting and negotiating complex content Distribution deals and agreements. Negotiation, Drafting and review of vendor, supplier and licensor contracts. Preparing and managing Legal documentation (contracts, Legal correspondence and other materials. Conducting day-to-day Legal and business affairs in collaboration with other internal functions as needed. Providing sound Legal advice that addresses business concerns.

Requirements : Undergraduate degree from a nationally recognized university. J.D. degree from an ABA accredited university. Must be a member of State Bar of California. Should have 4-6 years relevant experience in a law firm and/or corporate Legal department. Extensive entertainment or Technology background preferred. Wide-range of subject matter experience desired: experience in General Corporate Law; negotiating and documenting entertainment transactions; substantive IP background. Ability to work in a fast-paced, intense entrepreneurial environment. Strong time Management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
