Develop, collaborate, and leverage internal and external relationships to facilitate financial and commercial objectives. Assess and mitigate tax risk and determine action regarding uncertain global tax rules and application, and changing regulatory landscape. Encompass global tax administration, including compliance, tax related financial reporting, corporate tax policy, planning, advocacy and advising.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree with a major in Accounting and CPA. Master's in Tax or Tax Law is required. J.D. degree in Tax Law is preferred. Must have 15+ years of experience in public accounting and corporate tax accounting with specific responsibilities in international tax and treasury functions.
