Warner Brothers Appoints New GC
Warner Brothers has appointed John Rogovin as its new general counsel to replace the retiring John Schulman. Schulman had been Warner Brothers counsel for 24 years. Rogovin joins from Wilmer Cutler.

McAfee Ex-GC Trial Starts
With discovery fireworks already in place, the trial for McAfee ex-general counsel Kent Roberts has started, with the judge already calling for ''heads to roll'' over a discovery mishap blamed on contract lawyers.

IntelSat Adds to GC Ranks
IntelSat has appointed former MTV legal counsel Robert Cummins as a new assistant general counsel. Cummins will be based in the UK and will be responsible for Europe and the Middle East.
