Corporate Counsel The candidate will provide ongoing advice and support to the business principally related to commercial matters, including customer and supplier contracts, service engagements, distribution agreements, SOWs, etc. including the drafting, review, and negotiation of all manner of contracts. Will monitor and administer contract review approval processes, policies, and contract playbooks. Manage compliance programs for government contract requirements, including managing government agency relationships. Anticipate and drive solutions for a range of legal and business issues. Provide advice regarding customers and another commercial/business disputes. Partner with quality and compliance colleagues to ensure effective prevention, detection and remediation of violations of law, regulations and internal policies. Provide guidance on a range of legal, regulatory and compliance matters, including, government contracts, commercial antitrust, anti-bribery/FCPA, data privacy, and fair trade practices. Liaise with other relevant functions throughout the business, such as purchasing, accounting, sales and marketing. Support Practical Process Improvement (PPI) methodology and participate in initiatives as required. Educate and train employees on their obligations under the company Code of Conduct and legal parameters.

The candidate should have Juris Doctorate and admission to a State Bar. Must have 2+ years of commercial contracts and business legal experience. A mix of law firm and in-house experience and government contracting experience a plus.
