International Compliance Manager The candidate maintains a high degree of knowledge of International Legal requirements and regulations for the organization. Analyzes and interprets International and regulatory authorities' rules and regulations. Reviews and analyzes internal and external regulatory reports and coordinates with responsible parties to ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Conducts compliance reviews, manages compliance exceptions and investigates and responds to customer complaints. Is actively involved in the development, implementation and Distribution of all regulatory or compliance based policies and procedures. Provides current regulatory information to Management and applicable business units and maintains records to meet compliance requirements. Assists in the development of compliance programs and conducts training and monitoring. Collaborates with internal and external Legal resources to ensure compliance with International Legal requirements. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in related field. A J.D. degree or equivalent work experience. 10+ years of experience in Regulatory Compliance activities, including 4+ years of managerial experience needed. Knowledge of International laws and regulations required. Extensive knowledge of federal, state and local laws and regulations preferred. Proficiency with computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications needed.
