Manager, Employment Practices Duties: Serves as liaison between Corporate and Field for Employment Practices related programs In conjunction with other business leaders, identifies, creates and validates various Employment Practices programs ensuring compliance with governmental legislation and Company policy. Conducts internal audits of practices and programs to identify possible violations and works with business partners to identify corrective action steps, including supplemental training as necessary. Provides instruction on execution and Maintenance of various Employment Practices programs. Ensures plans are in place to support other Company initiatives as identified. AAP Consultation and OFCCP Auditing for respective markets: Implements and monitors the Company's affirmative action program to ensure compliance with government regulations. Monitors regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance. Monitors and reports progress towards goals and good faith efforts to Executive Management on a bi-annual basis. Measures AAP program effectiveness and determines where progress has been made and where further action is needed. Acts as a Consultant to Corporate HR in the Production of AAPs. Guides Human Resources and Management in interpreting compliance obligations and understanding day-to-day operational issues such as employment search procedures, hiring guidelines, documentation guidelines and record keeping. Assists Human Resources and Management in collecting and analyzing employment data, identifying problem areas, setting goals and timetables and developing programs to achieve diversity goals. Summarizes and evaluates applicant, hire, promotion and termination data to ensure fair employment practices. Evaluates compensation to ensure there are no gender, race or ethnicity-based pay disparities. Represents Company to enforcement agencies and community organizations. Employment Practices Consultation and Auditing for respective markets: Implements and monitors related Employment Practices programs to ensure compliance with government regulations and Company policies. Monitors regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance. Monitors and reports progress, and measures program effectiveness and determines where further action is needed. Guides Human Resources and Management in interpreting compliance obligations and understanding day-to-day operational issues related to federal and state employment practices regulations and Company policy. Assists Human Resources and Management in collecting and analyzing employment practices related data, identifying problem areas, setting goals and timetables and providing resources to resolve opportunities. Represents company to enforcement agencies and community organizations. Supports and represents employment practices in respective link assignments, ensuring alignment with Employment Practices compliance guidelines and supporting plan owners business goals. Assists in establishing and implementing short and long range organizational goals, objectives, policies and operating procedures related to Employment Practices and EEO regulations. Ensure plans are aligned with company initiatives. develops and implements employment practices communication strategy and training programs for leadership and employees. Trains teams on the connections between employment practices programs, viewpoint, diversity, business results and the employee experience.

Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. 5+ years of combined experience in a shared services environment, Human Resources, employment practices and/or affirmative action.Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Legal or related field. Advanced degree such as an MBA and/or J.D. Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) with HRIS experience. General knowledge of Human Resources programs, including: AAP/EEO, employee relations, compensation, wage and hour, performance Management, and training/development.
