Senior Corporate Counsel

Nashville TN Senior Corporate Counsel-Ingram Industries The candidate will be providing legal counsel to support the strategic and tactical objectives of the company and business units while balancing the need for practical legal/business solutions with legal restrictions and risks. Should have experience in general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions and contracting, regulatory analysis, and corporate governance. Understanding, in the context of commercial contracting/transactions, of credit/financing matters, corporate secretarial matters, cross-border contracting, employment/tax/IP matters is preferred.
