The candidate will create expert analytical writing and analysis for federal tax products in concise, comprehensive plain business English. Should have a J.D. degree (LL.M. in taxation is a plus) and/or CPA with 3+ years of significant recent tax research, transaction, and/or planning experience. Must have practical experience in US-based and US- International corporate income tax transactions, cost recovery, pass-through entities, tax accounting, transfer pricing etc. Should have an understanding of the workflow of professionals in the corporate, accounting, and legal markets. Must have strong research and analytical skills to interpret and analyze tax legislation, cases, regulations, rulings, procedures and other guidance in a wide variety of federal tax areas and specialties.
