Senior Corporate Counsel

Neenah WI Senior Corporate Counsel The candidate will provide legal advice and counsel on a range of company matters, actively partner with other functions within the Company, and act as a respected business leader. Will prepare, draft and negotiate a broad array of commercial contracts. Develop and apply knowledge of Plexus to support resolution of contract issues in a timely manner and with an appropriate balance of risk and reward. Provide support, advice and counsel to the Company, and lead continuous improvement activities, on various compliance matters as assigned, which may include RoHS/REACH, government contracting, ethics, finance-related compliance, FDA compliance, and/or data privacy.
