Associate General Counsel, Litigation

Chicago IL Associate General Counsel, Litigation Responsibilities: The candidate will manage and drive strategy for a variety of high-profile litigation and pre-litigation matters, including regulatory litigation, consumer class actions, antitrust, constitutional, commercial disputes, and other content-related matters. Collaborate with and manage outside counsel. Advise cross-functional teams on litigation strategy and risks.
