Corporate Real Estate - Legal Counsel

San Francisco CA Corporate Real Estate - Legal Counsel The candidate will draft, review and negotiate agreements related to residential leasing and property management. Counsel, Real Estate

San Francisco CA Counsel, Real Estate Duties: Draft and negotiate both simple and complex retail leases and supporting documentation, including assistance in dispute resolution. Support efforts in supporting the internal Real Estate Department, Store Design, Property Development and Store Preservation Teams regarding all facets of commercial leasing. Ability to work well with a small, tightly-knit team, and the range to deal effectively with everyone from senior management to operations and store personnel. Legal review of key Company real estate documents and title documents; providing legal advice and support to development, management, asset management, leasing, and other Company real estate functions; negotiation and preparation of easements, licenses and other real estate agreements; and supporting negotiated condemnation matters. Supervises and works with outside counsel, as needed. All other duties as assigned.
