Ohio - Senior Tax Accountant - Tax Consulting/federal Tax Services

Columbus OH Senior Tax Accountant - Tax Consulting / Federal Tax Services The candidate will be responsible for the compliance function on clients including preparation and technical review of corporate, partnership and personal income tax returns. Will identify and implement tax planning and consulting opportunities, prepare and review client tax calculations, manage client tax relationships and supervise and develop staff. Identify and assist with implementation of tax planning and tax savings strategies. Research and consult on complex tax matters. The candidate should have a B.S. in Accounting. Master's in Taxation or LL.M. is a plus. CPA or eligibility to sit for CPA required. Must have 2+ years of progressive experience in public accounting or public company corporate/public accounting blend. Consolidated C-Corp, ASC 740, ASC 740-10 experience required. Bank taxation experience is a plus. Partnership, S-Corp, Individual and/or multi-state experience a plus. Experience with tax technology a plus. Legal 2 - 5 Full-time 2012-07-06

Columbus OH International Tax Manager - Tax Advisory Services The candidate will deliver US tax compliance and consulting services in support of client's inbound and outbound initiatives. Will deliver international tax compliance, review and advisory services. Advise clients on the tax implications of their inbound and outbound activities. Help clients identify and address domestic and international tax issues. Prepare tax returns, review work papers, and review consolidated returns. Perform with decreasing levels or supervision while increasing responsibility for directing the work of more junior level staff members. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. A J.D., LL.M., MST and advanced degree preferred. CPA or CMI certification preferred. Must have 5-10 years of professional Accounting experience (industry or public), preferably with an emphasis on International Tax Accounting and Consulting.
